Thank you for shopping at inknimaginagination. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

·       To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

·       The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

·       It must be in the original packaging.

·       You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

·       Gift cards

·       Custom-made or personalized items.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at inknimagination25@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.
