Terms and Conditions
File Readiness: "All files must be submitted in [PDF/CMYK/PNG] format with a minimum of 300 DPI. We are not responsible for pixelation or 'fuzzy' prints due to low-resolution uploads." All files must have a transparent background.
Turnaround Time: "Standard production is [3–5] business days from the moment of proof approval, not from the time the order is placed."
Colour Matching: "We strive for accuracy, but 100% colour matching is not guaranteed due to variations in monitor calibrations and paper stock."
Proofing Policy: "No job goes to print without a signed digital or physical proof. Once you approve the proof, we are not liable for spelling errors, layout issues, or colour shades."
Rush Orders: "Orders required in under 48 hours are subject to a 25% rush fee. Availability is not guaranteed."
Payment Terms: All orders must be paid upfront in cash (drop off) or eft. Please do not ask for any discounts if you did not place a bulk order.
